NAC from Seeking Health contains 500 mg of N-acetyl-L-cysteine ​​(NAC) per vegetable capsule.

NAC contributes to the production of glutathione, which is part of one of the body's most important antioxidant systems. NAC is a form of the amino acid cysteine ​​that is well absorbed in the body. Cysteine ​​is required for the enzyme reaction that creates glutathione.
