Perfect for homemade gummies, marshmallows, mousses, jams and panna cotta – and as a natural thickening agent in soups, sauces and no-bake desserts. Each serving (1 tbsp, 12 g) provides 11 grams of protein with the same amino acid profile as collagen, including glycine and proline.

How to use gelatin

1. Sprinkle 1 tbsp (12 g) of gelatin over about 100 ml of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Dissolve the bloomed gelatin in about 350 ml of hot liquid and add your desired flavoring.
3. Pour into molds and let set in the refrigerator.
4. Serve! Use for gummies, marshmallows, mousse, ice cream, jams and aspic.
