Vitamin C helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C helps to regenerate the reduced form of vitamin E and increases iron absorption. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for the normal function of the blood vessels, the normal function of the bone structure, for the normal function of the cartilage and gums and for the normal function of the skin.

Ingredients:Fruit concentrate from: acerola, rosehip, blueberry, orange, citrus.

What are citrus flavonoids?

Flavonoids from citrus fruits are among the so-called phytochemicals. They are bioactive substances that plants form to protect themselves from environmental influences. Citrus flavonoids are such phytochemical ingredients. The flavonoids which are sometimes also referred to as "vitamin P" are a mixture of various citric acid flavonoids which are supplemented with other phytochemicals such as natural hibiscus and blueberry pigments (anthocyanins). These suitably support the biological activity of natural vitamin C from acerola cherries.
