P3-OMcan be seen as the "good" bacteria to fight the bad bacteria. It is specially formulated as a freeze-dried culture to remain potent through the digestive system. It can multiply inside the gut so not as many colony forming units (CFUs) are needed as other probiotics. P3-OM is designed to:

This product does not require refrigeration to maintain potency. To optimize healthy gut microbiome, take P3-OM on an empty stomach. To optimize digestion, take this product with food or in the morning. P3-OM is vegetarian, lactose-free and 100% plant-based.

Recommended daily dose:Take 1-2 capsules with each meal and take 1-2 capsules in the evening before going to bed.
