B-Minus from Seeking Health is a pure B vitamin supplement containing thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, B5 (pantothenic acid) and biotin.It is free of B12 and folate.

B3:Niacin participates in the normal function of digestion, skin, nerves and is important for the conversion of food into energy.

B1:Thiamine, also known as vitamin B1, plays a crucial role in energy metabolism, such as when adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is created. ATP is used by all the body's cells to drive energy-demanding processes.

B2:Riboflavin is required for healthy energy levels, supports a healthy immune system, and maintains healthy hair, skin and mucous membranes.

B6:P-5-P, or pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, is called the active form of the B vitamin as a co-enzyme. P-5-P is the form that is ready to be used directly by B6-dependent enzyme functions in the body. B6 and P-5-P are required for more than a hundred different enzymes to do their job - most of them necessary for the turnover of various proteins.

B5:Pantothenic acid, or vitamin B5, supports the other B vitamins when they convert food into energy in a form the body can use. Vitamin B5 is necessary for the body's ability to produce various enzymes that catalyze a variety of biochemical reactions in the body.

Biotin:supports the metabolism of carbohydrates. It is also essential for healthy growth of hair, skin and nails.

B-Minus is perfect for those who have difficulty tolerating methylated B vitamins and allows non-methylated or the desired/tolerated forms of B12 and folate to be added according to individual needs.
